On the edge of Flow (Preparing to Flow)

Before we begin, one should understand that this general list, SEMMA (Sleep, Eat, Move, Meditate, Audacious Goals), all 100% depend both on the individual (with respect to genes and epigenetics) and on how the actual practice is done (quality), but for certain these activities are general enough that, when done in a personalized way, they apply/benefit almost everyone. As humans we thrived by sleeping well, moving well, eating seasonally/sparingly, practicing mindfulness AND having audacious goals! All of these things likely contributed to us being in Flow more often where we both performed are best, felt our best and lived to pass on our genes ?
