Single Fabric Poi (ORDER TWO for a complete set of poi!)

Sand filled tennis ball= 160g as standard. Rice fill sock = 160g
Overall length= measures entire poi tip-to-tip (including the knobs and heads). We recommend measuring from center of palm to arm pit. Most spinners choose 18″ to 28″.. If we do not receive a length, they will be set to 24”.
Handle Options (See photo) – Built-in fabric loop – Knob attached to fabric without swivel – Knob, 5/16″ poly cord (to match fabric) and swivel – Small internal buffer of Technora in knot to elongate the lifespan of the poi.
Standard washer count included per knob (unless specified otherwise): 2 – Pom, Ovo, Delphin & Standard Widmar washers weigh: 3 grams each – XL Widmar washers weigh: 5 grams each

Components shipped within 1-2 days of order via First class, Priority 2-3day or Express via USPS.
All props that require assembling or creation will be shipped with 3-5days, unless specified otherwise, via USPS Priority 2-3day or Express.
International orders ship with 3-5days of placing order - First class ~20 days, Priority 6-10 day or Express 3-5days. Shipping First class is based off weight.
If an international package is lost, we will do our best to assist you in locating it. If you have purchased insurance, we will initiate a claim for you. If you have not purchased insurance, Flow on Fire is not responsible for the loss.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
~ If you are dissatisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it for a refund equivalent to the prop's initial cost (shipping costs are non-refundable).
~ The product must be returned in new, unused condition. If the product is used and shows ware, a 50% restocking fee is requested.
~ All components must also be returned.
~ You are responsible for return shipping costs.
~ Refund will be issued once we receive the product.

All orders are custom made. We strongly encourage you to provide your detailed specifications upon ordering your custom set to prevent the need for returns.
If in the first seven days of receiving your prop you are dissatisfied and wish to return it - the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. The item must be returned in new, unused condition. Upon receiving said prop and it is in its original condition - Flow on Fire will issue a refund - minus the initial shipping cost. The return ship date must be postmarked within a week of purchase date.
