Shaft length: We offer a wide range of shaft lengths. Please be aware that staffs with longer shaft lengths (130cm and up) are more flexible.
Shipping outside the US: Please note that most staffs cannot be shipped via “first class international”, because of shipping length restrictions in many countries. If you accidentally choose first class international, and we’re not able to ship via that method, we will contact you via email for the shipping difference. Thank you for understanding.
We usually prep, pack and ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it. Often faster.
For US orders, Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days to arrive from the time the post office receives your package, but there are no guarantees. If you need your shipment in a hurry, please select Express shipping and contact us at orders@flowtoys.com, so that we may prioritize your order.
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a particular date. Many of our toys and parts are handmade and we may or may not have everything in stock at the moment. We try our best to keep our website updated and to fill your order as quickly as possible. If there are any foreseeable delays, we will contact you directly. For more on shipping methods, see usps. Arrival times will depend on the destination and your chosen shipping method.
Refund Policy
We will contact you once we have received and processed your return, and will remit the refund via your Paypal/credit card account for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping & handling fees. If you received free shipping on your original order, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping/handling costs. We will send you a refund confirmation email.
Please include any free promotional items associated with your purchase with your return, or we may invoice you for the retail fee of the item(s). All promotional items must be returned in original, brand-new condition with the returned merchandise.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We understand that products may not meet your expectations, and sometimes you need an "undo" button. We stand by the quality of our products and service, and accept returns on merchandise purchased from flowtoys.com within 30 days of purchase.
Returns policy:
Please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase to initiate your return.
Items will only be accepted for a full refund if they are in perfect resellable condition and include all original accessories (cables, batteries, etc.)
Items not in new resellable condition incur a 20% restocking fee.
You are responsible for shipping the product to us. Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns of custom or sale items for refund. These items are eligible for replacement or upgrade through our forever flow lifetime warranty.
